The aluminum cage features a molded-in grip for the front of the camera for more security when hand-holding, and the integrated Arca-Swiss plate makes for quick work when mounting and releasing your camera from a compatible head. The 1/4"-20 screw holes in the Arca-Swiss plate allow you to attach your own QR plate when using a tripod plate with a different plate.
The design of the case provides a NATO rail on the top, with seven 14"-20 mounting holes and an ARRI accessory mount providing numerous mounting possibilities for accessories, without obstructing the camera's functions, ports, flip-out screen, or cold shoe. This design allows you to use your camera's existing accessories shoe, keeping the cage and your camera as lightweight and nimble as possible.
