Poor build quality and difficult to adjust

This bracket has poor build quality, especially where the Y piece meets the column. It's also hard to adjust, and you sometimes need the enclosed allen wrench to get the adjustment dial to budge. No comparison with the Smallrig equivalent. I bought it because the specs say that it goes higher than the Smallrig, but it's actually only slightly higher

Yes, the bottom of the Niceyrig Universal 15mm LWS Lens Support Bracket's Y post does have a 1/4"-20 mounting thread.

Would this work with a Mamiya rb 67 350 mm lens? Also, the illustrations are not clear where this attaches to a tripod head.
