The URX-P41D offers a 4-channel mixer that enables you to control your mic levels (up to four) as well as assign output 1 and/or 2 as needed.

In general, it appears that the UC14: 470 to 542 MHz band may offer the most access to open channels in Los Angeles out of the three available frequency bands.
