All-Day Battery with Quick Charge
On a full charge, the C100 wireless headphones can last for up to 25 hours. If you ever forget to recharge the headphones and happen to have 10 minutes to spare, a quick 10-minute charge will give you up to 1 full hour of playback.
Fast & Swift Pairing
It's important for wireless headphones to quickly pair with your devices to give you a seamless and enjoyable experience. This is why Sony incorporates both Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair technologies. With a compatible mobile Android device, Fast Pair will trigger a pop-up when the headphones are on and nearby, letting you pair in seconds with just a tap.

A similar experience is possible on Windows 10 and 11 PCs with Microsoft Swift Pair, where you'll get pop-up guidance to make pairing effortless. An additional feature of Google Fair Pair is the ability to ping the headphones if misplaced, or view their last known location on your smartphone.

Sony WI-C100 Reviews

Just don't, or maybe it was just me

I thought I'd lost my good ones, the much better but slightly pricier version of these, at the airport. I have bad anxiety and my headphones help me stay grounded so this was going to be a problem. I was at an airport so at least I knew I could get another pair. They didn't carry the ones I liked so these had to do. In fairness the sound quality wasn't bad but there were little things. They didn't come with a charging cord, no biggie it's USB-C andI have plenty. But they have a much shorter battery life. I use my headphones daily, anxierty remember, so this was a bit inconvenient. None of these things have been dealbreakers but, they wouldn't even charge. again, I could have just gotten duds. Luckily, I found my good ones in a different pocket but I put these in a dark corner and kind of forgot about them. Until I really lost my good ones and tried to salvage these as a back up. Hence the delayed review...

Great electronics, average ergonomics

These earbuds work great. The sound is as good as any in-ear headphones I've ever used. The battery life is amazing. They report fully charged after hours of use. Even the recorded voice that says, Power, On is clear and understandable. The physical part ... not so much. The two modules that hang on the cable between the earbuds are heavy enough, and the cable is long enough, that you can't let it hang in front--they'll bump into stuff or get caught in clothes, and they pull the buds out of my ears. If I sling the cable behind my neck, the thing stays on, but one of the modules, generally the one that has the control button/lever thingy, slides behind me and I have to fish around and retrieve it to do anything. Also, since I can't actually see the controls (they're either behind me or under my chin) it would be better to have the three buttons raised up from the surface so I can identify them easily by touch, instead of the low-relief lever making it actually harder to use them. (It's three buttons, but Sony dropped a slab of plastic on top of them for some reason.) Four stars.
