Poor Quality and Design

I took it out for the first time yesterday. I put it inside a clean, empty backpack with a TPU lining, walked 100ft down to the water, took it out and the dome was scuffed all over. I tested the dome to a depth of ~3 for over/under shots. The shots came out looking like they were shot through a subway window (probably the same easy scratch material). Water ingressed along the whole dome perimeter even just below the water surface. This led to internal fogging. I suspected some of the screws may have been loose, but after inspection, I found there was a hairline crack in the dome under one of the screws that may have contributed. Supposing there were loose screws, there's no information regarding a torque to tighten them to. This is especially concerning because the bolts don't have washers on them, so overtightening any of the 10 bolts will crack the dome (which may have been the reason why it arrived with a crack). There's also the ever pressing concern that the bolts will come loose during travel as they don't have lock washers/nuts either. Lastly, the plate that secures the waterproof housing to the dome is metal. This is great for durability, but the bolts that tighten this plate to the waterproof housing are essential to maintain a water tight seal to the dome and they deform the plate, since the metal isn't elastic. There's no indication of how much torque to tighten these bolts to either without causing damage or allowing water into the dome from the back port. Aligning the waterproof housing to the back of the dome prior to bolt tightening is also challenging, since a misalignment can be hard to detect. Altogether this product is in need of many improvements before it's available for sale anywhere. It's shocking to think this product has a depth rating at all, let alone ~130ft.
