Aputure has started addressing this with their newer lights (1200, and the 600C), but for a nice even field with this light the best choice is actually a Nanlight 55 reflector. They are super cheap and a little less sturdy, but they produce a great even beam with no overall loss in output compared to Aputure's hyper reflector. I have one for each of my aputure 300 and 600 lights.
