The difference between the regular and large TELESIN U-Hanging Neck Bracket for Action Cameras & Smartphones is the length of the neck strap. The regular sized model is 250mm long, while the large model is 280mm long.

Can you use it for an Android? If so, will it hold an Android that's in an Otter Box case? Also, can you rotate the phone for vertical AND horizontal filming positions?

Yes. The TELESIN U-Hanging Neck Bracket for Action Camera can be used with an Android phone similar to how the accessory is depicted with the iPhone in product images. A phone mount with GoPro accessory attachment located at the bottom is required for attachment.

Do you sell a phone clip? If so will it fit ALL Android phones and can it be used to securely rotate the phone from horizontal to VERTICAL?

Hi Laura, You could use the Ziv Phone and GoPro Mount Kit #ZIPHGPM to mount an Android or another phone measuring from 2.3 to 3.6" wide. When combined with the TELESIN U-Hanging Neck Bracket #TETEHNB001, the phone can then be positioned either horizontally or vertically.
