The hood comes with 8 thumbscrews to hold the monitor on, which are surprisingly hard to line up into the cheeseplates on the side of the monitor. It’s a nice hood once installed, but it takes an annoying amount of time to get into place. It’s also silly to have so some many parts to lose on a simple hood for a field monitor. It does the trick, but definitely not SmallHDs best design.
