The Nanuk 909 case's custom-cut foam interior provides dedicated compartments for the Mini 3 Pro, the RC-N1 remote, and one flight battery. There are also two additional compartments you can use for extra propellers, cabling, and other smaller accessories.
PowerClaw Latching System
Most clamp latches are secured in one place, then push down to secure it in place. If something were to catch on the latch and pull, the clamp could easily accidentally release and open your case. To prevent that, the PowerClaw system uses a triple-action latch made from tough nylon with stainless steel hardware. With the case laid flat, each latch clamps at the top like normal, but an additional bottom latch hooks on as you push the latch against the case. This provides both top-down and bottom-up force, drastically preventing accidental openings and providing you with more security as you transport your gear.
Automatic Pressure Release Valve
As your altitude changes on a flight, so does the air pressure. In a closed hard-shell case, this can create a vacuum seal that effectively locks it shut. This valve automatically equalizes the pressure inside of the case as the air pressure around it changes, so it's always easy to open. The micro vent that allows this to happen is specially designed to let air pass through, but not water, so your gear is still protected inside.
