Designed for 2 RU server rack configurations that support data, network, and communication applications, the Online UPS Battery Back Up GBB2000N from IOGEAR is a high-performance UPS with double-conversion topology that provides battery backup and power protection via sine waveform output, plus surge protection to critical applications and equipment that require seamless power correction. The GBB2000N comes equipped with eight NEMA 5-20R battery and surge outlets, a 6' NEMA 5-20P plug, an output capacity of 2000VA / 1930W, an input voltage range of 55-150 VAC @ 40-70 Hz, double-conversion topology, and a sine waveform output, as well as USB Type-B, RS-232, and RJ45 ports. When running a full load, the GBB2000N lasts for 2.95 minutes, while its half load runtime is 10 minutes. For those with greater power needs, the runtime of this UPS can be extended with a 48V External Battery Pack (GBP48V18AH).
When its battery is depleted, the GBB2000N can be recharged up to 95% in around 3 hours. Additionally, a smart charging design lets the UPS optimize battery performance by adjusting the charging voltage according to outside temperatures in order to extend the life of its batteries. Thanks to a multi-functional LCD interface, users will be able to easily monitor UPS functions that include input voltage, battery capacity, power status, battery status, operating status, assessed backup runtime, and more.
Note: When any online UPS battery and extendable battery pack, provided or purchased separately, is not in use, recharge it for 4 to 6 hours every 3 to 6 months.
