This pack is well built and organized, but the massagers make it awkward, heavy and bulkier than it needs to be. The zippers are strong and sturdy, the compartments lined and the plug-in for charging devices is convenient. This is a smaller backpack so planning and organization are a must. The shoulder straps have multiple adjustments but with the massage units inside they are bulky and stiff and stick out making it hard to stow in a small space. I wish I could trade this one in for the same bag without the massage option.
The placement of the massagers takes adjusting and getting used to, but once you do it is great!
