If you attach the Canon BG-R10 Battery Grip to the Canon EOS R6 Mark II Mirrorless Camera the camera total height of the camera is 6'' which exceeds the height of your bag. You can only storage the camera with the lens attach or the camera and the battery connected.

It is hard to know just by listing the focal length of the lens. I would recommend you to place your lenses and camera on a table as they would go in the case and measure the lens, width, and height and then compare with the size of the camera cube.
