The Zhiyun Smooth-Q4 Smartphone Gimbal Stabilizer (B&H# ZHSMOOTHQ4) can handle a phone with a thickness of 0.3-0.4" (7-10 mm). So, 12.8mm is too thick; You'll need to remove that 0.35" (8.9mm) thick phone from its case to mount it in the Smooth-Q4.
