The Mini Shoe Mount Ball Head from Elvid is a rugged, strong, yet low profile ball head with a load capacity of 4.5 pounds. It is useful for attaching a microphone, an LED light, or a monitor to a mini tripod or camera cage. For additional mounting options, it also comes with a shoe adapter for mounting the ball head to a camera or camcorder accessory shoe. This compact ball head has an all-metal construction and its unique clamping mechanism delivers locking strength and rigidity to hold accessory devices in place whether working in the studio, or shooting on location and following the action. The head mounts onto a 1/4"-20 stud, and will fit practically any setup due to its compact size.
