Don't waste your time with this

I am extremely disappointed with this, I've had two of these mailed to me and the first one was extremely solid, however the thumb screw that is used to mount the pan arm to the tripod head itself is very weak and sheared under two uses, you have to constantly tighten the thumb screw as the leverage of the video arm causes it to wiggle loosen itself. It's unfortunate as its a very solid head otherwise, it handles a nikon z8 with a sigma 60-600mm with no issues, but the quality control isn't there. The second time I got mailed this the screw for the pan handle was bent, and it was missing the arca swiss mounting plate.
