Anton/Bauer 8375-0254 Overview

The 26V Gold Mount Plus Plate from Anton/Bauer enables you to power your ARRI ALEXA 35 camera with a single Dionic 26V battery. This Gold Mount Plus plate mounts directly on the back of your camera, saving space and weight on your rig. Full battery data is transmitted via the SMBus protocol and the plate's pogo pins.

Note:
Removing the installed B-mount bracket on the ARRI ALEXA 35 will not invalidate the camera warranty.

The plate works, but make sure you have 5-10 spare minutes if you switch to another module, battery plate, or just want to reduce weight for gimbal work. You have to remove a total of 8 screws to remove the plate and reach the remaining screw holding the module. A simple hole at the bottom could have saved us a lot of time…

The Anton/Bauer 26V Gold Mount + ARRI S35 Plate does not have a D-Tap output. However, the batteries used with this mount will typically offer D-Tap outputs.
