Great solution if you already own a tripod

I'm very happy with this purchase. I've been using a phone tripod that I hobbled together from a broken phone tripod, light stand, and a few A clamps. This is easy to store and assemble and feels sturdy. I like that it doesn't clamp the phone since my new iPhone 16 has that delicate looking camera button on the side. This is definitely a great solution for someone who already owns a tripod with the necessary attachment plate.

Yes, the Explorer Photo & Video Magnetic Tripod iPhone Mount for MagSafe, B&H # EXMXMAG, can hold an iPhone mounted as an overhead facing down. Keep in mind that the iPhone must have MagSafe in order to use the B&H # EXMXMAG.
