ASUS PA32UCR-K Reviews
Exceptional Editing Monitor
Pa32 UCRk is an exceptional editing monitor with high quality rec 709 accuracy. Works well with MAC OS systems. My only issue with the monitor is the long waiting time for color calibration with xrite—it lasted 45 minutes.
Excellent Quality but has a Learning Curve
I bought this monitor for its wide color gamut, as I am a serious amateur photographer. In addition to editing my photos in Adobe Lightroom Classic, Photoshop and the Topaz suite, I have begun shooting videos with my camera. The color fidelity of this monitor is very important to me. The monitor is beautiful and the image is crisp. I can't ask for anything more, except I really wanted its features in a 40" monitor. Well, the color gamut was/is my top priority. There's a learning curve for me, to get me to where I need to be. My goal is high-quality prints with brightness and colors loyal to what I see on the monitor. And that's where my learning curve comes in. I am technical but this is new to me. I think I need to learn more about the process of taking the screen's image and getting it into my Canon Pro-100 printer (which, incidentally, I also bought from B&H) with a minimum of retries. The monitor comes with a calibrating tool, which is an excellent inclusion. Unfortunately for me, I have a steep learning curve there. So, I guess **I** should only get three stars, if that many. I'm saying all of this because that is and will be my experience. For those who already know how to calibrate monitors, I think this could be your go-to monitor. Oh, yeah... It's great for watching online videos too, although I do very little of that.
