Great at all things horizontal. My first gimbal, I spent a few days learning the joystick and controls and now it’s indispensable at shoots. Main issue, though, is the vertical “portrait” mode is very limited and that’s important these days. I guess I’ll consider buying the vertical mounting plate but it would be nice to switch between modes with a tap. Why is vertical limited? The joystick and dial are both turned off. Only way to control the camera is to point the gimbal like a flashlight. Irritating. I know the RS4 has more vertical functionality but that has to be, like, a software update they’re just not allowing on the RS3 :/ Speaking of software there are genuinely so many menus and tiny control customizations you have no idea. I thought it was just going to be a motion stabilizer. It’s kind of more like a handheld drone, if that makes sense.

Will this support the canon R5 C with 24-70 lens (we have Canon Sigma EF mount and native RF mount lenses).
Yes, the DJI RS 3 Gimbal Stabilizer Combo with Hard Case Kit can support the R5C with a 24-70m lens mounted to the camera, though we don't recommend using large zoom lenses on handheld gimbals, as they are really intended to be used with wide angle prime lenses.

Yes, the DJI Raveneye is compatible with RS 3/4. The DJI Ronin 2 is a completely different ecosystem to the RS and there is no Ronin 3 released.
