Does this device support transfers from iTunes library? If so, how does the transfer process work?
You would need to connect the Sony NW-WM1AM2 Walkman Digital Music Player to your computer via USB, go to your iTunes Library folder and move the files from there into the folder that stores all of your music on the NW-WM1AM2 Music Player.

I have forgotten the PIN to unlock the device. Is there an option for a hard factory reset or another way to bypass the pin?
SONY does not allow a PIN reset for the Sony NW-WM1AM2 Walkman Digital Music Player (BH #SONWWM1AM2).
Per SONY: If you forget the method that you have set for unlocking the screen (PIN, password, pattern, etc.), you will not be able to unlock the screen yourself. Repair requires a fee. All data will be erased because the repair requires reformatting.
