ANDYCINE M1 Overview

Switch from using the built-in mic on your camera to the M1 Pro from ANDYCINE, an ultracompact camera-mount shotgun microphone that offers improved sound quality and wind noise reduction without adding heft to your rig. Since it runs on plug-in power and has no controls or switches, the M1 Pro is a simple and reliable microphone ideal for mobile journalists, vloggers, and run-and-gun shooters.

This ultracompact and ultralightweight shotgun microphone features a detachable shockmount that mounts directly to your DSLR, mirrorless, or video camera and reduces noise from vibrations and camera handling. The supplied foam windscreen and furry windshield minimize wind noise, making the mic well suited for outdoor shoots. The mic features a 3.5mm output jack; a TRS cable to connect to your camera and a TRRS cable for smartphones are supplied.

Small and Lightweight
With its compact build and 1.6 ounce weight, the M1 Pro allows you to step up to better audio than your in-camera mic is capable of producing without adding a lot of heavy bulk to your rig.
Shotgun Mic with Directional Sound Pickup
Whereas most built-in camera microphones pick up sound from all directions, this microphone utilizes a supercardioid polar pattern that narrowly focuses audio capture directly in front of the mic while attenuating sound entering from the sides and rear.
3.5mm AUX Input
The 3.5mm input jack lets you plug in a second audio source, such as a lavalier microphone, and record both sources to your camera or smartphone at the same time on separate audio channels—making it easy to adjust in post.
Cables for Camera & Smartphone
A coiled 3.5mm TRS cable is supplied for fast hookup to your camera. A coiled 3.5mm TRRS cable for use with your smartphone is also supplied.
Runs on Plug-In Power
No batteries are required to operate the M1 Pro. Just connect the microphone to your camera or recorder, enable plug-in power on the device, and forget about swapping or charging batteries.
Shockmount with Cold Shoe Mount
A rugged suspension-style shockmount is included that inhibits the transfer of vibrations and features a cold shoe mount for quick and easy attachment to your camera.
Windscreens Included to Minimize Wind Noise
The M1 Pro includes a foam windshield to minimize air noise during indoor shoots and a furry windscreen for outdoor use.
