This item is well made and relatively easy to install. It comes with the mount and shims in case you need to adjust the focus. Yo will need to get a precision screwdriver in order to switch it out. The only problem is that it did not come with instructions on how to remove the existing mount and install the new one. I Found a YouTube video quickly enough that covered that but it would be nice to have it included.
