The PVS-14 Shuttered Rubber Eyecup from AGM replaces the standard eye cup of AGM PVS-14 monoculars and allows for better light discipline in the field. When it is pressed against the user's face, its wedges pop inward, allowing the image to be seen. Otherwise, the eyepiece will remain occluded.
