Safe and reliable choice

I opted for the AGM 18650 battery because it doesn't have the imbedded micro-chip for charging purposes. Far too people who have purchased other brands of this battery with imbedded micro-chip controllers have complained that if you accidently drop the chipped batteries, that these type batteries become useless. Given I use this type of battery for LED flashlights that have to work in some tough conditions, I opted to save myself from unnecessary pain and just go with AGM's 18650 instead. So far, it works great with no complaints.
