The Saramonic SR-EA2S is an ultracompact audio interface that allows you to plug audio sources and headphones equipped with 3.5mm connectors into a computer or laptop with an available USB Type-A port. The lightweight adapter plugs directly into the USB port on your device and features a 3.5mm input jack and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A switch on the side toggles between TRS and TRRS mic inputs, and the adapter supplies plug-in power, allowing you to use a wide range of microphones with your smartphone or tablet.
With a separately available adapter, you can also connect dynamic or battery-powered XLR microphones. The headphone jack offers real-time monitoring of the incoming mic signal and can also be used to monitor playback from your computer. A convenient soft-touch mute button silences the incoming audio.
