Have these on all my long lenses. Great protection. Have made slight improvements ( lens buttons easier to find ). Downside: the instructions weren’t up to date. There were pieces I didn’t use and there was a piece missing that was in instructions ( #10). Not hard to figure out.

I've used LensCoat for all my long glass for years. With these newer lens with all the buttons and rings the LensCoat has many small sections which I find it hard to keep in place, so I really don't even install them. I cover the lens hood and the bigger parts of the lens. For this 400mm I didn't use 4 of the smaller pieces.
