Poor quality control, bad packaging

Hardware package was broken open, screws and parts scattered everywhere inside box. One side of rack had holes punched in covering, one side did not. Gave up on assembly. Poor quality control, not what I was looking for. Bought a Gator Elite rack instead, much nicer.

What's the dimensions of the CRS14 if you decide to remove the casters/wheels? I want to fit it under my desk, but I have a limited height to deal with
