Is the Sony a7C compatible?
No, the Zhiyun Cinema Camera Control Cable for CRANE 3S (Sony) would not work with the Sony A7C. The Sony A7C would require a USB-C to USB-C cable when used with the Zhiyun 3s gimbal. The following cable should work if you did not get a USB-C to USB-C cable with your gimbal.
