The MT Pro is easily rigged using either one of its three mounting options. Built-in magnets on the rear of the unit make setting this light a clean and safe process regardless of the environment. When it needs to be affixed to C-stands and other grip equipment, the tube accepts 1/4"-20 studs in threads located on the bottom and side of the fixture. Aputure has included a small ball-head tripod to use the MT Pro as a quick full color practical light or as a key light for tabletop shooting. The built-in battery supports up to 120 minutes of illumination at full power and charges quickly via a USB-C connection.

Aputure MT Pro-1 Reviews
best 1' tube light
Great light! I use it on set with CRMX control. Not many lights have this and it makes a big difference
Nice butâ¦
I only got an 1:40 minutes at 80% brightness on the white light setting after a full Charge. The app is OK, a little glitchy sometimes. This light really isnât very bright. Itâs not even as bright as the $89 Pavotube 10â which has accordingly has even worse battery life about 47 mins at full brightness. The effects are cool, but I probably wonât use them much. This light was not bright enough to be one of two key lights to illuminate a product from 7 feet away. The magnets are almost a strong enough, on a smooth vertical service the light will slide down whereas the Pavo tube does not budge. I really like the placement of the USB-C better on this light over the Pavo tube because it allows you to power the light from a power brick while the light is magnetically stuck to a surface. Although it is not recommended to power your light with a brick while on. Itâs a real tease having such capable lights with terrible battery life and low lux.
