The LP-72 Replacement Lens Foot for Nikon Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S, Nikon Z 400mm f/2.8 TC VR S, and Nikon Z 600mm f/4 TC VR S Lenses from Kirk is a replacement Arca-type lens foot that attaches directly onto the lens collar using the included steel hex screws. The lens foot is compatible with most Arca-type clamps and heads, and the double-dovetail design allows other Arca-type accessories to attach to the bottom or the top of the foot. The foot allows the lens hood to mount in the reverse without bumping into it, for easy storage. The 6061-T6 aluminum foot has a black anodized finish to resist scratches and corrosion and has a contour handle to provide a more comfortable grip. In addition, safety stop screws located on the bottom of the foot prevent the lens from accidentally releasing when the quick release clamp is partially opened.
