This 3-Bath Powder C-41 Kit from Flic Film use the same tried and true lab formula of their Lab Style Kits. Eliminated the stop bath and stabilizer for convenience it uses instead three water rinses in place of the stop bath. Stabilizer is not necessary for modern film but is critical for any expired film from before 2006. This 1L kit provides enough chemistry to process 16 rolls of 35mm or 120 film and contains a developer, bleach, and powder fixer. The separated bleach and fixer keep the chemicals lasting longer and provide consistent results from first roll.

Flic Film FF00588C Reviews
Does not use the standard chemistry
I bought this figuring it was a good price and the separated bleach and fix steps would keep the chemistry working a little longer. But almost every roll I ran through it came out poorly. Dark base fog, color shifts, additional streaks just messy. Now a couple months and a lot of frustration later I can at least account for most of the issues: First, the developer does not actually contain the standard C41 developing chemistry. C41 is designed around Color Developing Agent 4 or CD-4. Flicfilm, according to their MSDS has instead used phenylaminediamine which is close but its not correct. C41 is a completely standardized process, so to substitute the most important ingredient will of course produce bad results. The second issue is the use of potassium ferricyanide as a bleach raather than Ferric Sodium EDTA. The ferricyanide does work but in some circumstances it can react to form prussian blue. This can leave blue streaks on your film. Overall this product is just bad and evidently incorrect. I don't even think flicfilm should be selling it as a C41 kit.
