Can this device be used as a stand alone mesh? Meaning, can you use 2-3 of these with your existing router to create a mesh network or do you have to use a compatible cisco router with these?
Asked by: Corey
The router does not have to support mesh networking. This access point will plug into a switch and be a normal access point. To get mesh you need to get the mesh ax unit that is for this unit.
