The WD 2TB WD_BLACK SN850X Gaming Internal NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD is compatible with the MSI GP66 Leopard Gaming Laptop, but the heatsink would not be recommended due to limited clearance inside the laptop chassis. The version without the heatsink should be used instead.

The WD 2TB WD_BLACK SN850X Gaming Internal NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD with Heatsink is not compatible with the OWC Express 4M2 4-Slot M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure. I would recommend using the non heat sink version of the SN850X instead.

No, the OWC Express 4M2 has a built-in fan to cool the SSDs. The fan does not have the clearance to use the heatsink on the WD 2TB WD_BLACK SN850X Gaming Internal NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD with Heatsink.
