Since the Heatsink would interfere with the OWC Express 4M2 fan, could I remove it and then it would work?

The WD 2TB WD_BLACK SN850X Gaming Internal NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD with Heatsink is not compatible with the OWC Express 4M2 4-Slot M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure. I would recommend using the non heat sink version of the SN850X instead.
