Massive props to Tentacle Sync for making the battery replacement as easy as they do. I've had my Track E since 2022, and only recently decided to swap the battery. It wasn't a moment too soon. The second I opened my Track E, the case expanded enough to where I didn't need to use the included spudger to pry it open. The battery was promptly and properly disposed of, but the fact that this could've been a situation spooked me enough to also replace the battery in my Sync Es. They were are also 4 years old. Fortunately, they weren't in as bad of shape. Repair process was seamless, and the included instructions were very helpful. If there is any critique I would offer Tentacle Sync, it would be to have a reminder in the application to check batteries after a certain amount of cycles. I don't know if that's possible with the current model, but that's something to consider. Thank you Tentacle Sync for allowing me to fix my own equipment!
