This battery replacement kit is designed for use with out of warranty TRACK E units and includes all necessary parts and tools for battery replacement, including a spatula tool for removing the battery and a Torx R07 screwdriver.

Note:
Since opening the housing of your Tentacle unit will terminate the warranty of the device itself, this kit is for Tentacle units that are outside the two-year warranty period. If your device has battery problems within the warranty period, please contact [email protected] prior to your purchase.

Replacement battery had same poor capacity as replaced batt

I bought these to replace my original batteries which were functioning at about 70-80 percent of original. The replacement batteries I received provided the exact same power time as the original ones I replaced. A new fully functioning battery can power my tentacles 15 hours. These replacement batteries were providing only 12 hours of continuous power, so the ones I got must be old.
