FREEFLY Mapping Payload for Astro Drones

Mount this FREEFLY Mapping Payload to the bottom of your Astro drone thanks to its native compatibility to achieve dynamic geo-tagged images. Included with the mapping gimbal is a pre-installed Sony a7R IVA camera body with 61MP image quality and a Sigma 24mm f3.5 lens. A USB Type-C thumb drive records the images captured in 25 to 32 minutes of flight.

The native mount on the gimbal provides both power and data communication from the camera to a ground station controller via LTE network. This allows you to control the camera and gimbal while previewing images from the ground. It is required that your drone have the Smart Dovetail attached in order to support the device.
