Update video from your analog cameras to IP video with the P7316 16-Channel Video Encoder from Axis Communications. This unit takes analog signal inputs (HD-TVI, HD-CVI, AHD, and CVBS) from up to 16 channels and encodes them as digital video. Axis Zipstream technology compresses video footage in H.265 and H.264 to reduce bandwidth and storage requirements. The P7316 supports up to 4K UHD resolution video at 15 fps. An RS-485 port enables PTZ camera control.

This encoder features two-way audio support, a built-in slot that accepts microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards (available separately) for edge storage, and support for up to four configurable external inputs/outputs. Compliance with ONVIF profiles G, S, and T enables interoperability with a wide range of surveillance devices.

Axis Communications P7316 Overview

Update video from your analog cameras to IP video with the P7316 16-Channel Video Encoder from Axis Communications. This unit takes analog signal inputs (HD-TVI, HD-CVI, AHD, and CVBS) from up to 16 channels and encodes them as digital video. Axis Zipstream technology compresses video footage in H.265 and H.264 to reduce bandwidth and storage requirements. The P7316 supports up to 4K UHD resolution video at 15 fps. An RS-485 port enables PTZ camera control.
