What are each of the handle's weight limits for accessories via their own mounts?

The manufacturer of the Tilta Dual-Handle Bracket for DJI Ronin RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, or RS 3 Pro (B&H# TIGADHB2) does not give weight limits. However, common monitors and audio gear could be used with them.

Can I use these handles with the tilta cage for sony a7s iii?

The Titla cage for the SONY A7S III has a NATO rail built in on the port side of the cage (the side where the ports are). However, you will need to purchase a NATO rail for the grip side of the camera cage. Once a NATO rail is attached to the grip side, you will be able to attach the Tilta TGA-DHB2 to both sides of the camera cage.

The Tilta Dual-Handle Bracket for DJI Ronin RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, or RS 3 Pro handles are not listed as detachable.
