does it compress the video when it being transmitted, or in other word does it lower the video quality?
There is slight compression during transmission with the 4K capable Teradek Bolt 6 XT 1500 12G-SDI/HDMI Wireless Transmitter/Receiver Kit, but all information is delivered through the receiver to provide a visually lossless image.
