Will this plug into the SmallRig L-Series/NP-F Battery Adapter Plate (Advanced Edition) to power my GH7 with no camera damage?

This battery cable has a DC Connector: Male 5.5/2.5mm. The SmallRig L-Series/NP-F Battery Adapter Plate (Advanced Edition) has Female 5.5/2.5mm 12V output. If you connect this adapter to the 12V output of the Smallrig plate you will feed 12V directly to the camera, possibly causing damage, as the adapter has no regulator to drop the 12V down to the 7.4 V of a Lithium battery. If you connect the battery cable to the Female 5.5/2.1 connector on the Smallrig plate, you will be safe as this is a 7.4V output.
