The unit's microcontroller, unique to the industry, is capable of being reprogrammed with customized or updated operating firmware via a sealed utility port. The port also can be used to import or export power for accessories or plug in a remote pressure pad switch for manual operation. The included lithium battery is rated to last up to 775 hours at the highest brightness setting.
