With a huge library filled with 4 GB of multi-sampled, multi-layered sounds, the KT-M1 Drum Module from KAT is an ideal heart for any electronic drumming setup. Featuring 14 universal trigger inputs and Open Sound Architecture technology, the KT-M1 is compatible with nearly any trigger pad design, allowing you to mix and match your preferred combination of triggers, and supports three-zone snares and cymbals.
The KT-M1 delivers incredibly realistic sound thanks to its 24-bit / 44.1 kHz digital-to-analog converters and sports the rare ability to process buzz rolls and crescendos through its multi-sampled layers. Besides the numerous trigger inputs, the KT-M1 also includes a 1/4" line input (for playing to external tracks or metronomes), four 1/4" line outputs, a 1/4" stereo headphone output, MIDI DIN 5-pin in and out, and a USB-B terminal for digital data transfer.

The KT-M1 accepts .wav files and converts them to the module's proprietary format. You can download and upload them directly into the module via the USB port.
