The package should include 4 cables and 2 adaptors. But I don't find them. I check Amazon, they sale the same product at the same price, these cables and adaptors are all included in the package. Please let me know. if it's the shipping mistake and you'll send me those cables, it'll be okay. otherwise, please allow me to return it at full price refund.

DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST ...

Wow! I have worked SOOO long and hard to get this to be all it could be. Benro has not done any updates and the multiple frustrating glitches are ignored. I have paid several hundred dollars for online training on this product, which is spotty. Old, relatively useless stuff is pawned off as relevant. Plus some of it is like a Benro infomercial. I gave it a 1 star that says I hate it, which is not true. I am frustrated and use it much less that I would like to. But I do hate the needless frustration and problems with this unit. The Benro Polaris Astro had promise and could have been much better if those who made it were committed to ongoing improvements instead of employing what appears to be a take the money and run approach.

    Can it track the sun?
    Asked by: Judit
Actually, Sun tracking hasn't been working yet according to the few who have tested it and commented online. Moon tracking wasn't working, but appears to have been improved. The device isn't limited as to what it can track, but the software fails to deliver many of the promised functions.
