Tessan TS-WP102 Overview

Stay safely juiced up outdoors with the 4-Outlet Outdoor Waterproof Surge Protector with 2 USB Ports from Tessan. Sporting four NEMA 5-15R outlets, this surge protector connects to a wall outlet via a 6' integrated power cable terminating in a flat right-angle 45° NEMA 5-15P plug. The outlets utilize wide spacing to accommodate bulky plugs and adapters. Plus, two USB-A ports provide up to 2.4A per port or a total output of 12W.

Featuring a waterproof design with integrated drainage holes on the rear panel, this surge protector is IPX4 rated and can weather splashes and light rain in outdoor settings. A shockproof design prevents accidental shock, while a circuit breaker protects connected devices when the load exceeds 1250W. Integrated mounting holes enable easy deployment.

Please note, this surge protector is designed to withstand splashes and moderate rain. It is not intended to be submerged or immersed in water; ensure no water is present on the power board before turning on the power.

Waterproof
Suitable for wet environments such as kitchens, restrooms, and outdoor showers, this surge protector is designed to protect against water and shock, preventing short circuits or electric shocks and other safety issues caused by splashing water. Eight drainage holes at the back of the surge protector ensure water flowing into the socket will not damage the internal circuit.

Please note, the power board can withstand rain and water flow, but is not designed to be completely immersed in water. Furthermore, please ensure that there is no water inside the power board before turning on the power.

Built-in safety latches inside each outlet prevent accidental shock from metal objects such as tweezers, keys, and forks, as well as fingers.

Eight built-in drainage holes provide IPX4 waterproofing. Furthermore, a circuit breaker automatically shuts off when the load exceeds 1250W, while the heat-resistant ABS and PC construction allows for everyday durability.

Excellent for my purpose

I bought this product because it was waterproof for use in the kitchen. I use it to connect to devices on countertop (blender, coffee machine, etc). the cords were too short to reach outlets on the wall so this made attaching to this unit very easy. I turn it on its side to avoid water as much as possible. USB ports are not used at all.

Perfect for bathroom power

This was ideal when I needed a surge protector for bathroom electronics and a dehumidifier. I like the angled plug and the strip isn't an eyesore.
