Great image, quality issues and forgotten

This camera is called pro and it only is pro cause of the SDI and the ProRes recording. But here is the problem, when I buy a "pro" camera it should have more features than the normal version this one is the opposite. It comes with a monitor, great until that monitor stops working after around 1.5 years. No drops, no damage to the monitor just stops working. This camera also had a bad power circuit. Sent to get it fixed and the first shoot back after "repairs" it lost the days worth of footage. Never gave me any indication it wasn't recording full readable files.
Then the SSD that is made for this camera had recording issues on and off. The second time sending it in to be repaired took around 5 or 6 months to get back. After that is when the monitor stopped working around 7 months of that repair.
The image is great, the features are great, the price is right, but this camera hasnt had any update in firmware since 0.9.9 and I asked the CEO about it and he said the new version is coming with ProRes RAW........ That is it? This camera cannot record out USB C to SSD, can only do ProRes, it feels it has been forgotten and the hardware issues I have had make me not want to send it back or cautious to buy another ZCAM even though the original M4 and S6 have been tanks and amazing through out years of using them.
I wish I could get my money back or get a replacement unit while still having this one to be able to get the full frame use but it has been annoying and disappointing. Send me a replacement ZCAM please or help me out more than just, "send it to us".

Having owned many systems, including Canon, Sony, red, and others. I’d have to say this is perhaps one of the best cameras I’ve ever owned. I had 2 zcam s6 for a few years that worked flawlessly, but sold them because I needed more robust for cinema purposes, and the lack of SDI, TC, and v mount made it feel like a beta camera.The F6 Pro answers all the issues I had. This is undoubtably, a professional level camera and very happy with the purchase. The Touchscreen is very responsive and high brightness for daylight use. All the flavors of ProRes and resolutions are nice, the image is a step above and on par with what I’ve gotten out of my RED cameras, and 12 SDI is a big perk. Well done Z Cam, excited to see what more you have down the pipeline.

The Z CAM E2-F6 Pro has the following recording formats, ProRes 422 Proxy, ProRes 422 LT, ProRes 422 and ProRes 422 HQ. It does not have H.265 support.

Most cinema cameras crop as you change resolutions. Zcam does not provide data as to whether or not the Z CAM E2-F6 Pro Full-Frame Cinema Camera with 5" Touchscreen Monitor (Canon EF) offers a full sensor readout for every resolution.

Can the monitor be mounted on a gimbal, is there an extension cable for it?

Unfortunately, Z CAM does not offer an extension cable solution for the Z CAM E2-F6 Pro. The 5" Touchscreen Monitor is not designed to work off camera. Using a second HDMI monitor would be the best solution for mounting on a Gimbal.
