The 2.6' Plugable Thunderbolt 3 Cable provides transfer speeds up to 40 Gb/s for docks, displays, and data devices. This cable also supports USB-C 3.0/3.1 connectivity at speeds up to 5 Gb/s. A single 5K or dual 4K displays are supported at 60 Hz via DisplayPort Alt Mode. Charge connected devices thanks to support for up to 100W of power (20V at 5A). Please note, this cable is not compatible with QC 3.0 and other quick-charge technologies.

Compatibility
Please note, Thunderbolt 3 uses the USB-C connector built into late 2016 MacBook Pros and later models. This connector will not physically fit into Thunderbolt 1 or Thunderbolt 2 ports found on Mac systems from earlier generations. This cable is compatible with Thunderbolt, USB, and DisplayPort Alt Mode protocols and is designed to work with Thunderbolt 3 Mac and Windows computers, as well as non-Thunderbolt USB-C systems. This cable is not compatible with QC 3.0 and other quick-charge technologies or non-USB compliant protocols.
