Plugable USB2-2PORT Overview

The Plugable 2-Port USB-A 2.0 Splitter enables two devices to share a single available USB port with full USB 2.0 compatibility and performance. Utilizing a NEC chipset, this splitter is ideal for connecting both a keyboard and mouse via a single USB cable, industrial environments where space is a premium, and for any situation where a simple USB two-port splitter is required. Great for travel due to the ultra-compact design and built-in 12" cable.

Please note, this splitter is designed for transmitting data only and does not support charging of connected devices. It is recommended that connected devices are low- or self-powered. This splitter will not charge phones, tablets, iPads, iPhones, or other tablet and smartphone devices with or without a computer connected. It is not BC 1.1 / 1.2 compatible. Furthermore, this splitter cannot be used with built-in car stereo systems or aftermarket systems such as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

This USB adapter has a clean and compact design enabling two devices to share a single available USB port with full USB 2.0 compatibility and performance.
Compatibility
This 2-port USB hub works with USB 3.0 and 2.0 host controllers and devices on Windows, Mac, and Linux and Unix computers at USB 2.0 speeds (480 Mb/s). Transfer rates are device- and controller-dependent. This adapter supports hot-plugging.
Portable Design
Compact and travel friendly, this splitter features a built-in 12" cable and is designed to provide multi-port performance for devices such as a keyboard and mouse.
Bus Powered
This USB splitter is bus powered and requires no additional AC power. Please note, this hub is intended for low- or self-powered devices and is not compatible with automotive USB ports.
