I like everything about this Simulator, and I'm going to list my reasons; It's constructed out of steel, very solid! Instructions for assembly have both written and pictures to help with the assembly. Building at leisurely pace it took me 2 1/2 hours to assemble. It's flexible, you are provided with all the optional build materials, so that you can configure it to suit your needs. Hardware, plenty of hardware for the build, for placing your accessories, and well organized and labeled. It has a footprint of 6'X3 and comfortable. I was apprehensive with this purchase, but I'm thinking I got a good deal and one that will last a long time.

The Next Level Racing Flight Simulator (Boeing Commercial Edition) does require additional hardware and software. Once hardware is added it will be compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator and a wide range of other popular software, however this will depend on the hardware added that is not included with this seat.

The Next Level Racing Flight Simulator Cockpit (Boeing Military Edition) does not include any controllers, so controllers will be needed separately.

The Next Level Racing Flight Simulator Cockpit (Boeing Military Edition) is just a cockpit and mounting system for gaming accessories. It does not include a game console or anything that can run games.

The Next Level Racing Flight Simulator base plates are removeable, as they ship disassembled, but the system is not designed to be used with the plates removed.
