This is right now my favorite camera bag, takes the weight off your back, shoulders and neck when carrying around 2 cameras with a cage and a lens plus your monitor and etc. the best part is your have to lay it down face first to open the full bag so no one can unzip your bag and take from you while you have it on.

I wanted one pack that would hold my Fujifilm X100S and X100F along with conversion lenses, tripod, filters etc. This pack works great to hold everything I need. The cameras fit in sideways as the pack is too deep have them lay in horizontal. I'll include a photo to show that. The one star less than five review would be that the front zipped pocket could be more useful with smaller pockets/organizers in is. As it is it's largely unusable for my purposes right now. Construction and quality features are all excellent.

Will it fit underneath airplane seat? And Waist belt sew in the bag or removable?

The PGYTECH OneMo Lite Backpack (Twilight Black, 22L) has dimensions that add up less than 45" allowing it as carry on. Airplane seats vary widely but if it is carry on size, it should fit under the seat. The Waist belt is removable.

Will it fit a Nikon Z9, an 80 - 400 zoom lens, a Nikon D300s DSLR, a 16 - 85 zoom, an adaptor, 2x teleconverter?

The PGYTECH OneMo Lite Backpack (Twilight Black, 22L) internal dimensions are 15.5 x 12 x 6". You can fit the Nikon Z9 Mirrorless Camera with the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR Lens, and the Nikon FTZ II Mount Adapter connected. You will have plenty of space to fit your Nikon D300 SLR Digital Camera (Camera Body) with the Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 16-85mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR Lens and any Nikon Teleconverter. The only inconvenience is that you will not be able to fit the Nikon Z9 mirrorless camera through side access.

The internal dimensions of the PGYTECH OneMo Lite Backpack (Twilight Black, 22L) are 15.5 x 13 x 5". We did test the Peak Design Travel Tripod (which folds down to 15.4") and it will fit inside the backpack.
